This competition, held by Bientôt Vendu, brings together around a hundred Belgian agencies each year, sorted by region, and selects them based on 9 criteria:
The 9 selection criteria:
- Number of sales in 2021, 2022, and 2023
- Revenue in 2022 and 2023
- Average number of employees in 2023
- Photo quality according to 15 criteria
- Average number of photos per listing
- Listing quality: presence of 2D floor plans & brightness certificates
- Use of virtual tours
- Use of videos
- Past client satisfaction rate according to Google
Whether you are looking to sell a house, negotiate a mortgage loan, or simply get an accurate idea of its selling price, a correct appraisal is crucial.
Two awards are presented on this day: one for agencies with fewer than 50 sales per year, and one for those with more than 50 sales
We won the second award, the one for more than 50 sales per year.
In addition to being a unique moment of sharing for our entire team, it is an important recognition for the agency and for all the work accomplished.
